August is closing out, we are settling in for fall, kids are back in school. We are so lucky that we have consistency in the amount of glorious eye candy that is posted in the PriceScope forums. Here are the throwbacks for August 2021:
Rubies-r-me shared this gorgeous ring set with us in 2013 and it’s still outstanding. The color on these is magnificent and super fun as well as classy. It can be hard to straddle the line of fun and funky with elegance and sophistication and I think these can play all the parts. Rubies-r-me found them on eBay of all places and it even had the original Cartier three-slot box. What a great find, and beautiful set. We hope it is still being loved! It’s amazing that you found these retro pieces in your exact size!
Congratulations!
Snicklefritz shared this marquise modified brilliant diamond engagement ring in 2014. Due to a crazy holiday schedule, Snicklefritz had unwittingly delayed her proposal. Her beloved popped the question on December 26th and so they had a fabulous ring box on Boxing Day! This diamond and setting are from the amazing James Allen, who we all know do fantastic work.
I can’t get over the way this ring sits on her finger it is so lovely and elegant. We hope that this ring is still bringing joy every day.

Resonance.Of.Life shared this 4 ct. antique cushion in art deco halo diamond ring in 2013. This ring is #goals, and think that sentiment will ring true for most PriceScopers. When Resonance.Of.Life decided to upgrade she went from a 3.48 cushion O/P that she had to this incredible ring. I would not turn down a 3.48 cushion either but this upgrade is one for the books. We hope that you are still in love with it and thank you for adding your drawings and inspiration images. It is always fun to see a ring in its developing stages. Build the beauty!

Tyty333 shared this stunning channel set diamond ring with us 10 years ago. This ring was a marker of her 50th birthday, and we hope that she is in good health and celebrates the 60th bigger than ever! It’s hard to believe that this was one she found on eBay. No one beats a PriceScoper when it comes to finding amazing pieces in unexpected places. This is classic, gorgeous, while not being overstated. I love the way the smaller diamonds pop the larger ones, it really creates a very lovely overall look. I hope that it has continued to be worn in health, wealth, and happiness. Happy upcoming birthday!
