JCK 2012 Designer Spotlight: Beaudry International
Featuring bridal rings in glittering detail, Beaudry‘s latest collections are all about the profile…because a mere face-up view will never do for those seeking 360 degrees of diamond dazzle.
We met with Michael Beaudry, chief jewelry designer and CEO of Beaudry International at JCK’s Elite Enclave earlier this month. Beaudry, a second-generation diamond cutter, stressed the importance of showcasing a diamond’s beauty through his handcrafted designs in platinum and 18k yellow and rose gold. Beaudry’s scalloped pavé diamond engagement ring and wedding band set the tone for this new collection. The pieces are airy and light with dainty prongs and intimate pavé diamond detailing. Beaudry also showed us pieces from his signature collections, including a unique bezel engagement ring with milgrain “seaming” and a peek-a-boo open heart.
Beaudry’s jewelry is handcrafted in downtown Los Angeles and can be viewed at the Beaudry Flagship Salon at Montage Beverly Hills.
