Matthew Harris is a jewelry designer who produces classic pieces with a modern twist. Harris was born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and received a degree in hospitality management in New Hampshire before moving to New York to pursue his passion for jewelry design. The minimalist aesthetic of the self-taught designer is influenced by modern art.
Lorraine West is a self-taught New York jewelry designer, who crafts anything from everyday-essential gold and bronze jewelry to fine jewelry with exquisite and rare gemstones.
Jameel Mohammed who is listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2021 for Art and Style is also the founder of a jewelry brand, KHIRY. Mohammed’s work has swiftly gained a following for his minimalist, sculptural designs, which are available in sterling silver, gold vermeil, or gold with gemstones. The designer, who counts Alicia Keys among his followers, gets his inspiration from art, tradition, and African culture. Mohammed is also well-known for his custom designs.

Ashley Alexis McFarlane, the founder of Omi Woods, creates modern jewelry that honors her African heritage. McFarlane’s jewelry is crafted entirely of fair-trade African gold and other conflict-free precious metals obtained from throughout the world, and a percentage of every sale is contributed to non-profits and charity.
