Dame Judi Dench is one of our all-time favorite actresses. She is full of elegance, grace, and spunk and just so happens to be a December baby too. We have loved Academy Award-winning Dame Judi for almost as long as we’ve been alive and believe that she epitomizes style at any age. Therefore, we’ve decided to stand her out in the open and take a look at some of her signature pieces in the hopes that we can harness some of her style and grace for our own (and yours) personal jewelry boxes.

HEART LOCKET

Many people are known for wearing their hearts on their sleeves, but Dame Judi is a fan of wearing her heart around her neck. She has been seen on several occasions wearing a beautiful heart-shaped locket. What better piece of jewelry to be able to keep those you love close by. We have noticed that lockets appear to be making a bit of a comeback, so maybe this is just another example of Dame Judi being ahead of her time.

GEMSTONE NECKLACE

Gemstones are having a moment right now, but Dame Judi has long been an avid lover of all things gemstones. She has worn everything from sapphires, rubies, and more and she has never been one to shy away from layering certain pieces. She has been a fan of this look long before it became popular, so it just goes to show you that you should wear what you like.

BROOCH

You may have missed out on this trend recently, but mask + scarf weather is the perfect time to follow Dame Judi’s lead and pin a brooch on a beautiful scarf or coat. Just because we are all bundled up does not mean that we can’t be fashionable. Now is the perfect time to dust off the family heirloom, pin it on, and during virtual get-togethers and business meetings.

DIAMOND CHOKER

Unsurprisingly, chokers have found many adoring fans throughout the world, yours truly has owned a few in my time. However, there’s something just so regal about diamond chokers which is why they have stood the test of time. This could also be the reason why Dame Judi has gravitated to them as well; she is after all, a queen of the stage and cinema. Not to mention that no real royal would be caught dead without having a diamond choker included in her jewelry retinue.

We have been long time fans of the elegant and feisty Dame Judi Dench. We are pleased to note that she is not only captivating on the silver screen, but also in real life. If you have watched her as we have, you will notice that she stays true to her December zodiac fashion; she possesses and wears the perfect mix of comfortability and stylish. This is one of the reasons that she is not only our December fashion guru but our quarantine fashion guru as well!
