Jewel of the Week – Custom Pear Diamond Drop Necklace

Many of us remember when starryeyed first got this stunning pear drop necklace several years ago. So when she recently posted that she was resetting the 2.63-carat pear-shaped diamond, we were all ears. The new jewel was inspired by a Cartier Art Deco diamond necklace. With the larger pear suspended from a kite-set princess-cut diamond and a baguette cut, the drop follows the line of the vintage Cartier. The piece is finished with a diamond chain in platinum.
