Not even a partially virtual red carpet at this year’s Golden Globes could keep the stars from shining – with help from some true sparklers, of course.
Here are some of our favorites:
Viola Davis
Nominated for Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Davis wore 18k rose gold chains studded with pavé diamonds from Pomellato‘s High Jewelry collection.
Carey Mulligan
Nominated for her performance in Promising Young Woman, Mulligan wore a Cartier Reflection de Cartier High Jewelry ear cuff with 27 baguette-cut diamonds (totaling 2.53-carats), 5 princess-cut diamonds (totaling 1.53-carats), and 2 troidia-cut diamonds (totaling 0.89-carats). She also wore a Pluie de Cartier ring and a Cartier High Jewelry ring with a 15.28-carat center diamond.
Anthony Anderson
Globes presenter Anderson, currently in the TV series Black-ish, wore an impressive diamond orchid pin by Chopard.
Emma Corrin
Winning Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama for The Crown, Corrin wore diamond and emerald earrings with a matching ring, all in platinum, from Cartier’s High Jewelry collection.
Gal Gadot
According to Tiffany & Co. PR, Gadot wore a “[Tiffany & Co.] Blue Book Collection high jewelry necklace. The handcrafted piece features an over 48-carat emerald-cut bi-color zoisite, set in 18k yellow gold alongside almost one thousand radiant Tiffany diamonds. Gadot completed her look with a Tiffany diamond ring and earrings”.
Elle Fanning
Nominated for her performance in Hulu’s The Great, Fanning wore briolette-cut diamond tassel earrings, custom-made for her for the Golden Globes, along with three rings and two bracelets, all vintage or antique Art Deco pieces from Fred Leighton.
Angela Bassett
Bassett wore sapphire and diamond earrings and a bright blue, indicolite and titanium ring by Graziela Kaufman.
Andra Day
Day won Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama for The United States Vs. Billie Holiday, and was dressed head-to-toe in Chanel couture and diamonds.
Anya Taylor-Joy
Taylor-Joy won Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series for The Queen’s Gambit and was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for Emma. According to Tiffany and Co. PR, she wore a necklace that “showcases over 14 total carats of diamonds, concluding in an elegant marquise diamond. She complemented her look with Tiffany earrings featuring over 18 total carats of diamonds and a Tiffany diamond ring”.
Regina King
King wore long diamond drop earrings and multiple diamond rings including an eternity band, all in 18k white gold or platinum, by Forevermark.
