The Antiquorum Auctioneers, an international modern and vintage timepiece auction house, is offering a selection of rare watches, including pink-gold models from Patek Philippe, Rolex, and Jaeger-LeCoultre. The sale will be held on April 10, 2013 at Antiquorum’s U.S. headquarters in New York City.
Leading the auction is an 18k pink-gold Patek Philippe Ref. 1518 made in 1951. The rare timepiece features moon-phase calendar chronograph and square-button chronograph with register and tachometer on Patek’s original pink-gold bracelet. The watch is estimated to fetch between $400,000 and $600,000.
Rose-gold models from Rolex and Jaeger-LeCoultre will also highlight the April sale. An 18k pink-gold Rolex Ref. 8171 Padellone made in 1951 is estimated to sell for $70,000 to $100,000. And a 2009 18k pink-gold LeCoultre Master Grand Tradition Ref. 186.2.35.S Perpetual Calendar watch is expected to fetch between $55,000 and $80,000.
