And...today is my 8 Year Wedding Anniversary as well as the week after my 7 year Pricescope Anniversary!!

Finally, I have a stone from one of the vendors I''ve been wanting to do business with after all these years!

I''ll post the stats in a second.

Things I like best about this stone are its cut, color, and the fact that its an eyeclean SI1. I''ve been staring at it and I can''t find the inclusion. I''m too lazy to go find my loupe.

I really am happy that I finally got a stone I feel good about. It''s love....no remorse. The staff at GOG is the best and I really want to thank them for their great work.

My setting looks nicer than when I set it in as well. They really did an excellent job resetting the stone, the bezel looks better than it did before!

My dad said it looks bigger than my nose.

Its just so *alive* !! I can''t wait for a sunny day so I can post some kick butt fire & scintillation pics! I am so lame with my camera. I''ll play some more with my new Nikon while my daughter naps.

Home Depot for sure! Airplanes are my favorite for diamond oogling.

Its pouring down rain here, and the sky is a dark charcoal color. Plus my house is painted in deep colors which doesn''t help my photography challenges.

if only the weather was like last week!!! Sunny sunny sunny (but c-c-c-c-old). Now that was some prime picture weather.

Another happy ending! When people suffer the tragedy of losing or chipping their stones, and end up with something superior I say it's a great day!

ohhh, perhaps! The walls are light, but the counters & cabinets are dark. Hmmm.....I''ll try when I get back from preschool pickup.

I actually drove past my son''s school to drop him off because I was too busy staring at my stone. Good thing the road wasn''t busy.

I love being distracted like this!

My other stone was a 1.11, H/I SI2 (not eyeclean), with a depth of 82%--so it wasn''t cut as well. That''s why I was able to go down a little in carat weight but go up a lot in cut, color, and a good grade up in clarity. The new stone faces up the exact same mm as my old stone so it fit perfectly in my mounting.

It was a pretty stone, but it always had to be perfectly clean to sparkle and I could always see the faintest tinge of warmth that bugged me.

This one just jumps out at you and is so lively and icy white. Especially outside.

I don''t think folks who don''t know I had to replace my diamond would notice anything was different because the setting is still the same, but is super obvious to me.

Its just got a lot more wattage and whiteness than before. I had fun picking my son up from school, we had a little sun so I was staring at my hand under a break in the clouds. Love it!

I know what you mean about *you* noticing but maybe no one else... I just upgraded from a K color to a G color because *I* noticed color when obviously other people couldn't.

I bet people will compliment your ring more now, maybe not knowing what changed but noticing it looks super pretty!
