That's where I started off on the list and a year and a half later I finally broke into the top 20.

Now I can finally say - take me off the list! He proposed on Saturday (3/3) at home with just the two of us and we went out to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner and drinks afterwards. Life's been more than a bit chaotic lately and if you asked me a year ago, I would be going straight into planning. Granted I've already been asked about the date from friends and family and can only tell them that I've got no good info to give them but sooner vs later is the plan!

Hopefully I can post some pictures later but I will say that fiance and WF did an amazing job. We had an idea for classic setting with some specific customised elements and it's perfect.

I'm not a big fan of my hands and I only had my iphone but I do have a few shots from WF which do it much better justice.

I don't know much about the specs but it's a round center with princess channels. Ring size is 6.75.




Now how do people keep these clean???

lol don't get TOO addicted to keeping it clean, or you'll look just as crazy as I do with all the little single packets of alcohol wipes falling out of my purse every time I'm looking through it.

a little baby toothbrush and toothpaste do fine in the morning

As weird as is sounds, since its a diamond and not something like an opal or emerald that could succumb to heat shock, soap it up and wash it of when you wash your hands! That should keep the daily grime to a minimum. You can do the baby tooth brush every once in a while for a more intense clean, but be gentle!

I'm a big fan of soaking it in warm soapy water for a little while (or dilute windex, not sure how this goes with white gold??), with the very occasional rinse with alcohol or in the ultrasonic. Toothpaste seems a little abrasive, I just use soap when I use a baby toothbrush.
