Sold 1.42 carat F VS1 IGI certified pear cut diamond

For sale is this gorgeous pear cut diamond from Provence. Beautiful cut and stone but I'm just going to go in a slightly different direction for my engagement stone. Only worn for photos and set in a 14K white gold diamond pave setting. It's currently a loose 3.5 with pillows but the pillows can be shaved down or the ring resized up by a size or so.

I paid $2200 USD for it, I'm asking for $1700 USD or a reasonable offer.
