I'm selling a pair of 14k white gold diamond earrings jackets. I purchased these jackets a couple years ago from a local jeweler to go with a pair of 1.65ctw (6.1mm) studs I have since sold. These jackets have a 6mm opening to accomodate the earring, and they are very beautiful and give a very nice ear presence. These jackets would work for a pair of 1.5-2ctw studs. You could possibly use these with a slightly smaller pair of studs if you don't mind the air line look.
These were sold to me as H/I SI2 diamonds. There are 16 diamonds in each jacket, so they are approximately 1.5 pointers each diamond. The finished diameter of these jackets is 10mm, so they will cover your ears nicely! I did not purchase these from Diamonds By Lauren, but DBL sells a pair of earring jackets just like these for $995 with F/G VS stones. My jackets are over 50% less!
My pictures are with a pair of 6mm CZ stones that aren't very pretty. They CZs are also set very high, so your studs probably wouldn't stick out as much as you can see in my pics. I apologize for the pics. I borrowed a friend's DSLR camera to get some good pics, but I wasn't quite sure I got the camera settings right.
