I had this ring customized (so 14k instead of 18k YG) and I’m pretty sure it’s not refundable. The seller isn’t responsive anyway and I rather sell at a loss vs pursuing a return and then ship it to India.
It was sold to me as natural diamonds. I thought I could do the darker yellow diamonds but I think pale yellow is more my thing. Anyway here are photos and a link to Loupe Troop.
