18k WG SN Queen Setting

I'm going to be resetting my OEC so I need to sell the setting to funs the project. I had it made originally for my great grandma's aquamarine, but then set a 8.1mm OEC in it. Does the knife edge go all the way around, or any other reasons it couldn't be resized?

The knife edge does go all the way around, but I can't imagine that a bench couldn't size it with that.
