I swoon whenever I find engraving inside a ring! While the orange blossom/chevron pattern on the ring is very worn down after over 100 years of love and the initials are a little hard to read, on the inside of the ring you can make out the initials J.M.L. to N.L.L. and the date 6-3-18! The ring is a size 7 and appears to have been sized at some point. Because the pattern on the outside is faint, this ring could be sized if you wish...that was my intention and I just never got around to it. Just make sure your jeweler is very careful to preserve the engraving on the inside! This ring is fairly substantial at 3.5mm. It would be a beautifully sentimental wedding band, or a fabulous addition to your stack.
