18k YG Engraved band

I've listed, on the bistro, an 18k yellow gold band. It is a size 4.25, has an engraved pattern and is around 4mm wide. At almost 4gm, it is pretty substantial for such a small size. I wore it as a toe ring for 20 yrs.
