Sold 2.49 Bright Yellow Sapphire - round 8mm

Hi all,
Just seeing if there is any interest in my beautiful round yellow sapphire. I was going to keep this one however if you’ve read my other threads, I’m now keeping the bigger one (the bigger lemon one in the first photo I’m keeping)
It is an 8mm round, 2.49 carats, brilliant cut and I would say unheated as intact silk is visible under magnification.
It is currently uncertified, however I am happy to arrange for that to be done.
Very bright and strong colour, eye clean and being a brilliant cut round, a rarer gem.
I will list on Loupe Troop.

Hi, I’m going to sell it, along with some others. A fellow PSer is going to help me out. I’m here in Australia, she is in the US so it’s easier for more people to liaise with her than me all the way over here.
But yes, such a pretty, bright gem. Just a tad of lighter tone to an edge if you look really close. I already have a big yellow sapphire ring plus there’s Truth (a very interesting thread) being set so having a third one isn’t practical.

Bron- a bit off topic, but since she’s pictured upthread, I just wanted to say how gorgeous Truth is! I just recently read that whole saga as I’m not on PS much. I’m so glad you were able to keep Truth and have your own setting plans for her. Can’t wait to see the result! I also can’t believe someone-whom-I-disdain-so-much-I-won’t-even-name was not banned. But that’s all I’ll say about that.

I just want to add that the ignore button is great. What I don’t read doesn’t irritate me...
