Why not search for a halo setting for your current stone. You might cure the ADHD, but then I would worry about DSS :devil:

iluvcarats, Why thank you, friend! :) As for keeping my current stone, I'm just not comfortable with a double halo with it. It already feels pretty large for where I live so I am looking for something in the 8mm range which I think will still have some good finger coverage but hopefully not too large so I feel comfortable wearing it daily.

I totally get it since I am a halo girl myself. My stone is 8.5 and I wouldn't want it any bigger. Can't wait to see what you pick! :wavey:

What distance can you see the inclusions/feathering in the stone? I see that most of your photos show the stone up real close where it is clearly visible.
 
Hello! The feather you see in the macro shots is visible from maybe 18 inches and only in the right lighting and at the right angle. I consider myself pretty eagle eye for inclusions and I have a hard time finding it in many conditions. Hope that helps!
