I'm selling my 3.13 carat AVC in Leon Mege's French Cut channel setting at GOG!
You can buy it together or separate, but if you buy the whole ring you are getting a setting for $1000 ONLY....and I paid over $8K for the setting alone!!!!

I'd be interested in just the setting for $1k too, but I am guessing splitting it up would not be a good deal for wintotty in the least

Ring size is 6, it is sizable and has the milgrain on the sides.

Diamond and setting can be sold separately, but if you want just the setting it is $4K, still less than half of what I paid. $1K is a deal you can get by buying the whole ring.

She is thinking about it. She is a small size and would have to go down several sizes but she is definately interested.

There's no way I would consider a setting with diamonds on the shank unless it was my exact size or very close to it. If it would have to be sized down several sizes, then she cannot even consider this setting.

(And truly Wintotty, I would not allow the setting to be sold alone until after the diamond sells, because it is so perfect with that diamond I can hardly imagine the buyer not wanting the setting. Plus, what if the diamond didn't sell for a long time and you decided to take it back? Surely you don't want to have to reset it!)

I agree as well! If center stone doesn't sell, don't even think of pulling the ring apart. I can't imagine someone not loving that setting. That said, because my daughter has that ring with 3 ct plus OMC, I know someone who loves hers. But I can't imagine parting with that amazing ring! Sorry for my previous computer issues

The mounting was priced at $4k without the diamond. But still, that was a pretty good deal considering the cost to order it new. I wish I had jumped on it but someone beat me to it! The mounting is just stunning! I can't wait to see what the new owner set in it - hopefully it was someone from the forum.
