For sale is an 18K rose gold tension-set ring by Steven Kretchmer, with a cushion-shaped natural blue sapphire center that's 3.46 carats and 8.64 x 7.53 mm.

The Ceylon blue sapphire is certified by AGL, heat only. The ring is in size 9, and can be re-sized up to size 10. It's in new condition.
