Sold 3 carat, 3 stone emerald cut ring!

I am looking to sell my 3.01 carat emerald cut diamond ring. It is flanked by 2 side trapezoids. I absolutely love this ring and so does everyone who sees it! Have attached pictures, GIA report and appraisal. Please let me know if any additional questions or pictures needed. I bought this ring about 2 years ago...total was 39,995. I am asking 35K. I honestly have hardly worn this ring because of my 3 young children, it's like new. Also, faces up like a 4 carat! Setting by David Klass.

Appraises for 56,500.
Rapaport for diamond alone- 34,843.16
