Hi all,
Just had this harts range zircon cut for me (sent from Australia). Unfortunately, it's not as brown as I was hoping. Round brilliant, 8.95mm.

I'm having the vendor cut me another one, and in the meantime he suggested trying to sell it in the USA rather than deal with shipping back to AUS (and all the vendor PayPal fees he'd be stuck with). So he agreed that I can list it for a week or so before sending it back for a refund.

It's a gorgeous stone, just not as brown as I want. I'd call it a true light pinky champagne (which is what I asked for....my fault for not knowing it wouldn't be dark enough ).

Asking what I paid: $285. I'm attaching his pics and mine.

My pics today:

Putting an LT link up later tonight, bit it takes forever bc I always have to resize pics a million times and can only attach a few.

Pick me, pick me!!:wavey:
I'd love to buy it!
Let me know?

I sent a message -- let me know if you don't see it?
Thanks, and yay!

Hi @lovedogs! So, if I wanted something like this, myself, but bigger (like 4-5 cts) where would I get it????

hi @lydial think you could probably source or get one cut by Doug Mendue from "Bespoke Gems". I have a Harts Range Zircon ring myself and it's to die for but be warned these stones are easily prone to abrasion.

It looks beautiful in the photos! Can these pass for a diamond IRL???

...the reason I ask is because, in the photos, it looks more like a diamond than some of the poorly cut brownish diamond turds I saw in a local jewelry shop yesterday. And those were selling for many thousands of $ :eek2:

Hard to say. They look different than diamond to me, but I absolutely love zircon.

Thanks lovedogs!

@lovedogs and PSers, hope it's ok to post this on this thread. I am considering selling this beautiful zircon. I've had a couple of other projects going on and realize it may be a while before I can get around to setting it. I thought I'd start here to see if anyone is interested in buying the stone for $285, the original price and what I paid for it. Thanks!
