5 stone ring size help - 0.5 size difference between left & right hands

I would appreciate some advice from those with rings that you can wear on both hands but you have different ring sizes.

I’m getting a 5 stone anniversary band made. I plan to wear it on my left ring finger alone as a replacement ER and wedding band which I don’t wear any more. But I think I may want to wear it occasionally on my right hand when I want to wear my ER and wedding band.

My left hand is a size 4.5 and my right hand is a size 5. Should I get a ring size in the middle at 4.75 and add beads?

I need to make up my mind soon since I’m expecting the CAD drawing any day now.

I have same issue. My left ring finger is half a size smaller than my right hand. I just went with the larger size so I have the versatility.

If you are in deep space and one side, facing the sun, is boiling, and the other side, facing away from the sun is freezing, ON AVERAGE you will NOT be comfortable.

With a quarter size, you might enjoy it on both hands. With a half size one hand will still be tight and the other will be loose. I predict you will not be happy...

My normal ring size is 4.5 but my fingers can swell so I bought a 4.75 which most times fits fine. It's cold now so the ring spins a little bit a plain band either holds it in place or pushes up a little towards the fleshier part of my finger. I don't regret the 4.75 (I bought online with now way to try beforehand).

Mr Wink you are funny!! But that explains it very well!
I swell badly during the summer and my ring size can be anywhere from a 1/2 to 1.5 size difference so I just make the ring larger and then wear a correct size spacer (for that day) on the outside to keep it from falling off or spinning too much.

Thanks Wink! I was hoping you would reply. You described exactly what I feel and what I’m concerned about.

I’ll get a perfectly sized ring for each hand. I’ll get this ring sized in a 4.5 and next will be a size 5 for my right hand.
