This turned out even better than I had hoped. It’s incredibly easy to wear even being so large. I’ve got have a mind to put more stones in other collet settings it’s so comfortable.

Thank you I thought the little fly was a stroke of genius myself. Even if it’s impractical lol

The dragon ring is a ring I got off eBay. It’s a pin conversion, I assume. I thought they went nicely.

The whole ring reminds me of George W. Shiebler's Aesthetic Period, Japanese-influenced designs. He was a Brooklyn, NY jeweler in the last third of the 19th century. This brooch of his is one of my favorites:
