7x5 Garnets, 1 purple, 3 spess's

I have had these for a while but never got around to setting them, so I am letting them go to new homes. They are listed on Diamond Bistro. Here is the link for the purple one

I have never sold anything online so I hope I did it right. I am a little concerned about my listing for the 3 spess's because there are 3 of them but the "Buy it Now" is for the price of one of them, $75. What do I do when one of them sells? Is there a way to re-activate the "Buy it Now" button without making a whole new listing? Any insight or suggestions are really appreciated.
