Purchased in 2012. This ring has just been refurbished to new looking condition and since then has not been worn. Finger size 5 style #2620RDMD. This platinum and diamond engagement ring features a uniquely cut diamond named the August Vintage Round. This diamond is a 1.748ct I color I2 clarity certified by AGS labs (#104055919006) however was sent to Yehuda (www.yehuda.com) for clarity enhancement which drastically changed the appearance of the flaws in a positive way. After the enhancement I would say it is something between an I1 and SI2. With good vision and at a close distance (about 5 inches from the eye) you can faintly see the clarity characteristics but they are not glaringly obvious as an I2 grade would come across. The amount of fire and brilliance that is comprised within this diamond makes the clarity characteristics an afterthought. I color grade faces up white. Ring sits flush next to a wedding band. Overall it is a tasteful engagement ring, significant size, and has the wow-factor. Will come with original AGS certificate and Tacori authenticity card.
