A Colorful Game in Celebration of Spring

I did a poll a while back to have you vote which team of rings you liked the best. The first poll was based on color. This second poll is based on shape and includes a few rings that were made after that first poll. The poll question is: which team is the best for spring? Each team I've arranged my rings into has a variety of color.

Let me introduce the teams.

First up is Team Round.

Next, Team Oval.


Now, Team Cushion + Step Cuts, because I couldn't find a full roster unless I combined these members.


Then, it's Team Pointy, featuring pear, marquis, and trillion members. They kind of skew the colors toward paraiba turquoise, because I generally don't have many of these shapes unless they're paraiba.


Finally, last but not least, Team I-Can't Decide-What-Shape-I-Am, composed of the misfits that because of the ring design, suggested a shape different from the shape of the center stone, if there even is a center stone in the design. This team is fewer in number, as you'd probably expect.


I know which team I have a soft spot for, but I'll be curious to see where your votes fall.

I am Team Cushion/Step because that's my jam -- but I am more partial to the beautiful color-pairings in your first and second photos!

I voted Team Round based on first instinct as I was really drawn to that little dragonfly. Now I can’t unsee it

But there were no pointy gems in that design! The pointiness was all in the gold. That's why it's in the other team.

Thanks to everyone for voting and commenting! Looks like Team Round has victory in the bag. I guess that team has the most floral designs, plus Ms. Dragonfly too. I will check back later to see if there are any late votes affecting the outcome.
