A gold brooch

My new 18ct gold brooch. Diamonds are step but trillions about 7mm each. If we’re being honest with ourselves I bought it to scrap and pick out the trillions for side stones- but it’s very beautiful as is and I think I can enjoy it like this for a bit. Plus, I thought you all might enjoy it

Very nice step cut stones and I love the brooch design. It looks Art Deco, is it? The cut is really cool, and they don’t seem to do step cut trillions anymore. Delightful find!

It’s definitely living its best life here, write it on a sweater for thanksgiving and popped it on a wool coat yesterday

Really lovely brooch-I will be a fun piece to wear until you find a use for those trills I am excited to see what you ultimately decide what to do with the trills, I have had a pair of step cut trills sitting for too many years waiting for a project.
