Technically ering #4.

ANYWAY...

Tiffany Elsa Peretti, DBTY single station pendant in silver...starring an Aquamarine!

Let me just say that in this case, Tiffany = Instant Gratification.

Also, we got to Vegas on Monday. Went to Tiffs at Bellagio on a whim (they are open until MIDNIGHT!). They didn''t have it in yet--only the earrings and the bracelet. The sales lady said to call the next day to see if it had come in because they were expecting it any day now. Called Tuesday to Tiffs at Bellagio and Caesar''s Palace, and decided to go Caesar''s Palace (made more sense with our dinner plans). So yeah. Bought it the first day it was in the store. And they were almost sold out already...

So I''ll start out with that...

Trying that again.

With ering #1 (6.5mm blue spinel in fluorescent lighting which turns it purple.)

Brief break from Tiffs...spinel ering #1, and WF halo with Barry green tourmaline. Look at my little spinel glowing!

Spinel under fluorescent lighting again, better angle.

BTW, I did not clean any of my jewelry before taking these pictures. So I''d like to apologize for that...

Back to Tiff''s...better pics, not taken at night.

ETA: You can see ering #4 over to the left side, out of focus.

And introducing ering #4, a 1.22ct 6.2mm dark blue spinel cut by Barry Bridgestock in a Liebcor setting. (The 4 prong solitaire screams "ENGAGED!" to me. So I had to have one.)

The spinel photographs funny, and looks almost black and white, which it's very much not. I'll post a blurry true to life pic in a minute.

Kind of a handshot...

True color of the spinel. Very reminiscent of a deep London Blue topaz.

A whole bunch of rings.

Including:
1.07ct green tourm in WF halo (Barry)
2.74ct blue spinel in dimendSCAASI setting that was my PS Gift (Barry)
1.1ct pink spinel in Vatche Royal Crown replica setting (Dan Stair)
.81ct Montana blue green sapphire in Liebcor basic 6 prong
1.20ct blue spinel in custom local setting (Barry)
1.22ct blue spinel in Liebcor 4 prong setting (Barry)

IMG_6418 freke.jpg

Same...plus the blurry Tiff necklace

IMG_6423 freke.jpg

All of the rings again.

IMG_6425 freke.jpg

3 blue spinel rings

IMG_6436 freke.jpg

Again. It''s amazing how different the blues look.

Can you tell I like blue?

Tiff in the shadow.

Hmm, no, not really just yet... it''s much too early in the pictures parade to jump to such conclusions!

Freke, you have such a stunning collection there! All the blue is so lovely. I especially love your lovely new pendant; it''s so delicate and pretty on you! I am reeeeeally wanting an aqua right now.

Do you ever wear more than one of your solitaires (i.e. engagement rings) on the same finger (kinda like stackers)?

Great collection, Freke!
