I bought this years ago at an art fest (can't remember the artist's name). With her diamond stud earrings and blingy e-ring, I'm sure she's one of us!

It's adjustable, with a catch at 15 inches, another at 18 inches. The little gold disks shimmer and catch the light, so it's very pretty when worn.
