AGS additional pinpoints not shown

I am considering a small <0.5ct stone (to form part of an everyday 5 stone ring), vvs2 which has a notation on the AGS certificate of “additional pinpoints not shown”. Could you please tell me your thoughts on such a notation, whether I should avoid this stone, or if there are any specific questions I should be asking about it? FYI I am short sighted and like to look at my rings up close and personal

Not an issue at vvs2 they are going to be tiny.
