I just wanted to give everyone a thread to give Bush credit for lowering prices at the pump (whether it is due or not).

Prices still aren''t as low as prior to this admin. Whether he is too blame or not too blame, it happened on his watch. People notice that.

and how did he do that, RA? dipping into the reserves and allowing the oil companies to reap windfall taxes at the gas pump? seems we got screwed both ways: reserves are now lessened and we paid high prices at the pump.
