Allow adjusting of timestamps of posts and threads to local time zone

I tried looking for this option under my profile/personal section, but it doesn''t seem be there. I am currently in CDT and would look to see post timestamped with my local time zone. I tried searching for this request within the search bar, but my queries didn''t return with anything that was relevant (that I could see). Can someone please point me to where I can adjust this setting, or can this feature be added if it doesn''t exist?
