Amethyst and diamond ring?

I’m interested in either buying or designing an amethyst and diamond halo ring.

I haven’t settled on a specific shape, but I know I’d prefer the amethyst to be around 2-3 carats.

Overall, I’d like to keep the entire ring around $500-600, which might be better suited for a premade ring? I understand that buying a separate setting and stone has additional costs involved.
