Just got back from getting engaged in Venice and wanted to share pictures and my experience with Victor Canera. Victor was great to work with and was very quick to respond to e-mails and questions. He takes his time and really creates great quality rings. The appraiser that valued my ring said that the melee diamonds used and the workmanship was of a very high standard. More importantly, my fiance loved the ring and I feel that it is truly a great piece of art.

The ring is gorgeous! I am so glad your fiancé loved it! :appl:

Wow, that is a stunning work of art! I love the double halo!

Another beautiful piece from VC! We need to see handshots now!

Stunning ring! More photos please.

A masterpiece. Congratulations :appl:

I should also mention that Victor put melee diamonds on the .. i believe they call it the shank.. the part that curves and attaches the diamond down to the band. The ring sparkles all over no matter which direction you look at it from.

wow!!!!!!!!!the real life perspective is even better!!!

nice proportions ..i love how it looks on her finger. congratulations luke :)

out of curiousity, what is the lucky lady's ring size?

That's what i thought.. it looks even better in person!

The ring is a size 6, however it is big on her. Rather than get it re-sized right now, however, we are thinking of waiting until after we have kids (in the next couple of years). In the meantime, she has researched some alternatives, like spacers of some sort. Any thoughts or suggestions on an alternative to getting it re-sized right now?

By the way, its not my fault.. she was a size 6, and then dropped in size

Ask Victor, he may suggest small sizing beads to put into the shank or a small fitting ring on the inside of the band to make it more snug. Since he made the ring I would only let him make any adjustments to it.

If she plans on wearing a wedding band next to it, it will get more snug.

Wow! Looks great on her hand! Great job!

Stunning - I don't think Victor is capable of a bad ring :lickout:
Gorgeous setting and gorgeous hand to wear it! Congratulations --- and a trip to Venice to boot!

Outstanding...as all of Victor's rings are! Very, very smart not to resize. Little sizing beads can easily be adjusted as needed.

Stunning!

It's stunning! She is a very lucky lady!
