I'm here to post another positive review for Brian and Lesley at Brian Gavin Diamonds.
A month or so ago, I began searching for an engagement ring, and I came across Pricescope.com after doing some research on the Internet. Knowing next to nothing about diamonds, I began learning and looking for a vendor. A Pricescope member suggested BGD and the rest is history!
I bought a 1.01 carat, G, SI1 diamond from the BGD Signature Collection. I paired it with a classic setting, the Tiffany styled knife edge solitaire.
Lesley was extremely helpful in all aspects - helping me choose the diamond, prompt with phone calls/e-mails, and working with my location since I am from Canada. She was even able to rush my order (without sacrificing quality of course) so that I could have it on time for my proposal!
I was a bit worried about ordering something of this value online at first, but BGD does have a nice setup (this is coming from someone who has worked on a few large e-commerce sites in the past). The experience is unique in that it feels very personal and not detached like most web shopping experiences.
