Another antique pair of earrings on offer! I bought these and wore them less than 10 times total.

I bought these over 6 or 7 years ago at the Miami Beach Antique Show. I don't have any dealer paperwork on these anymore. I recall that they were sold to me as 18kt with platinum tops. That would appear right to me, based upon the estimated age and overall look. They don't have any metal purity marks on them. They do have a hallmark on the earring wire, which I cannot identify. I took a photo of it. I really do not know what it means and I did some searching.

These weight 4.14 grams for the pair. There are approx. 1.41 inches long from the top of the leverback, that rests in the ear, to the bottom of the earring. They do have articulation. They have some small rustic rose cuts in them along with the filigree work. The framing element around the bottom drop is cut to fit the earrings. I was told it was a synthetic sapphire, but I have never had these tested. It could be synthetic sapphire or it could be glass. There is a small chip on one of the framing elements that is not visible without a loupe. The center diamond on each drop is 3.1mm approx, but I am measuring in a bezeled frame, so the measurement is not exact.

These are old earrings. They are not perfect. However, they are a very wearable pair of earrings that have a lot of charm. To my memory, I paid around $950 for them. I am listing them for $485, because I don't have any documentation as to metal content or whether or not the framing element is synthetic sapphire or glass. The leverbacks are in great working order and I even recently put them in the Ultrasonic to clean them and the rose cuts stayed in place. Long story short, I don't think these need any work done to them to wear them immediately, unlike the other pair I recently posted, where I recommended that they be re-tipped with the diamonds secured with the new tips before wearing them (for which I considered when pricing).

These will be a final sale. I would prefer Paypal friends and family with the dollar amount. For shipping, these would be individually bubble wrapped and securely sent, but they do not have any type of antique box associated with them. Shipping outside the US is okay, contact me for a quote. With insurance, I'd ship these for $13 for PS members in the US.

Pictures to come as well. Thanks!
