These are absolutely stunning, but I just don't wear them very often.

Small rose cut diamonds at the top and larger old mine cuts in a lovely cushiony shape at bottom measuring about 3.5mm. The bottom stones dangle, though are attached to the back. 2.7g and ~0.4ctw. One lever closes more tightly than the other.
