Any Fluevog fans out there?

I am addicted to Fluevog shoes.
I saw these boots and had to have them.
For weeks they haunted me, and I caved. I can''t wait to get them.
They will be my sixth pair of Fluevogs

They are the most comfortable shoes I own.
Any other Fluevog fans out there?

They are so comfy! You can go to www.fluevog.com and I think that Zappos has some but not all. But if they don''t fit, Zappos won''t charge for the shipping. I love the Operetta collection.

I have been doing well, thanks for asking. Busy with life and kids. How are you?
Did you grow up in Toronto? I learned that Fox and Fluevog went their separate ways, but the both still make amazing shoes. I think there is still a Peter Fox Store in SOHO. He makes great dyeables and wedding shoes. Fluevogs are a bit more contemporary, some are way out there. All the ones I have are really comfy.

They do! I wear them in the rain and snow, and they always look good!

I grew up in Edmonton--and the store was where we''d go for the "coolest" stuff. My sister got the greatest boots there--I''ll never forget them!! (she''d never let me wear them, LOL) And yes, they separated some time ago.... I was thinking of getting some Granny" type booties--with grips (yes, always practical in this weather!!), but did not see any on their site.

MY life is the same...looking to return to work...but it is proving to be more dificult than I would have thought....our health region is cutting back to decrease costs..... such is life!

Sorry to hear that returning to work is proving difficult. Health care is becoming difficult on every level - whether you are trying to receive it or provide it

I hope you find something soon. Cutting health care providers doesn''t seem like an efficient answer to me

If you ever get to Toronto, the Bata Shoe Museum is a must.
Now you''ll have to buy a pair of Fluevogs just to make your sister jealous

So funny about the clown shoe comment b/c I have a pair of red Fluevog boots that I love but ... yes, they sometimes do remind me of clown shoes! Mine aren't vibrant red - more of a beet red with pink piping. I adore them but don't wear them much anymore (they're from probably 10 years ago). My funny Fluevog story is that I bought a pair of *gorgeous* boots there - honey-colored knee-high suede - that I love love loved. In fact, I loved them so much that I was afraid to wear them and ultimately I returned them because I felt so bad about never wearing them! I so wish I had them now though ...
