Any idea who can make a similar setting?

Hi all!! My local jeweler said they can’t cut the sapphires like this and can only do round, which I don’t like. I’ve messaged Caysie twice, once on IG and also an email and no reply. Any advice on who could do a setting similar to this for my 3.33 ct emerald? Thanks!
