Any recs for cheap custom silver work?

I have a couple of cheap ($20-50) stones I want to set into modern, simple, half-bezel or bezel rings. I want a relatively wide band (I'm thinking 5mm), so for price reasons, I need to stick with silver.

Can anyone recommend anyone who can do the custom work for me cheaply and nicely? I mean, really cheaply-- these stones are bargain basement stuff, and it would be silly to pay too much for the setting. I don't mind sending the stones to Timbuktu and waiting 3 months for return shipping by camel if it allows me to get the work done cost-effectively.

Kyle Anne Metals on Etsy is my go-to girl for inexpensive silver bezels, but I think she only does thinner bands (as well as a limited array of shapes). You could certainly ask her about a thicker band.
