Anyone ever get hand engraving on a tube style ring?

When I say tube style, I mean like the classic style that you see on a Mark Morrell setting or a Tiffany''s setting. I like the size and look of those, but would like to get some engraving done. Also, since I like the Mark Morrell torchiere setting so much but can''t afford one, are there any alternatives for egtting that 6 prong "flame" look? I guess what im asking is, any knockoffs?

Is this what you mean by engraving? If so I believe that it''s very difficult to engrave a rounded surface; that''s why all of the heavily engraved rings are squared off.
