Anyone have a rounded solitaire shank that goes into a knife edge towards the stone??

DK also made mine and it is similar measurements to the CADs you have been working on. Mine is 2.5mm and is tubular (round) in back- it tapers slightly toward the stone with a knife edge beginning a little more than half way up the shank.
My stone is square, but you can still get an idea hopefully. There are a ton of close up pictures at the beginning of this thread (https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/yorams-first-mmd-my-octavia.260986/) if you want to see. I was wondering the dimensions of the shank. 2.5 wth slight taper. Do you happen to have the CAD from DK?

Yes, but I just looked at the CADs and they don’t don’t specify the taper measurement, just 2.5mm width at the bottom of the shank and the height of the shank is 2.2mm. I’m sure Amy would know the top shank taper width if you give her the link to their video of my ring. I’m sorry it doesn’t list that number
