Many years ago, when I was a single gal, I was a landlord. I owned my own home and rented out the spare bedrooms. The experience, on the whole, was a good one.
Fast forward 20 years to now. I'm thinking about dipping my toe back into the landlord game again, this time, buying a small rental property.
Do any of you lovely PriceScopers own rental property? If there is enough of us, I thought we could share our experiences here -- the good, the bad, resources we've found helpful, pitfalls to watch out for, etc. (Let's please try not to post websites selling products or get-rich-quick schemes.)
