Hello my fellow PSers,
I am so disappointed … It is the kind of disappointment like you were given a nicely packed gift, and you fount it empty after you eagerly opened it up...
Well, I finally pulled the trigger last night to order a couple diamonds on JA, after months of search and research. No issue with the order process and I got an order number at the end. It also said I would get an email for the order information. I didn't get any email today, and status in my online account is no order. I chatted with JA specialist and she said she saw an empty order (only my name and address, no diamonds in the order), and she tried for a few times to add them in my order but couldn't because the diamonds were not available. At the same time, I still saw (and still see) the two diamonds available on their website.
Has anyone here had the same issue? Any suggestion on how I might get the order through or should I just walk away? I appreciate it a lot for your information and advice!
