Anyone recognize this maker?

My sister found this ring set at a local pawn shop and neither of us can make out the maker. Center stone is about .3 carat emerald cut with baguette side stones. Looks like it was perhaps resized and the mark got stretched.

If I blow it up and flip it 180, maybe 14 - - - - - T but everything in between is a just a depression.

I think you will need a view that is not so foreshortened -- not tilted toward or away from the camera. I don't think they stretch rings.
