Are these shimmers in natural blue sapphire normal ? They are visible under normal light

It could be one of two things.
It could be an internal feather that is refracting light differently, it might be a fissure or a disturbance caused to the crystal matrix while the sapphire crystal was forming or it could be rutile silk inclusions.
Rutile inclusions, like what make the “star” in star sapphires refract the light differently.

Thanks for your reply would you say either way the iridescence is natural? If it was a disturbance would it be an internal fracture?
