I recently posted re another moonstone necklace (still undecided), but have had this one in my shopping cart for a while now. I had planned to try to source some higher quality moonstone beads and have my jeweler make them for me, but never got around around to the project, so wondering if I should buy a pret-a-porter strand instead.

Comments re quality of the moonstones beads below? I like the lapis bits but not too blown away by the faint Schiller effect. Listed at just under $1200, 18 inches, 14k white gold clasp.

Photos for those who prefer not to click (myself guilty of this also!):

Another option is to purchase loose moonstone and do them up. Quite inexpensive (under $200!) but I do wonder if the photo on Etsy below is a bit more enhanced. See photo below (Looks a bit more included also maybe than the one above? And obv much smaller at 5.6 mm diameter beads).

Would love some help in comparing quality of the moonstones since I’m quite new to moonstones but really love that shifting blue glow/sheen.
