For Sale Art Deco Old European Cut Diamond 18K Filigree Ring

This is a ring that I have held on to for a long time. From an appraisal which I have, the OEC diamond is .74 carat, J color , I1 clarity. The stone is beautiful, even with the black carbon. The mounting is marked "BELAIS", and there is a slit in the bottom side of the band.
