~~Us Weekly is the first news outlet in the world to report that Demi Moore, 42, and Ashton Kutcher, 27, got married Saturday night at a Beverly Hills home in a ceremony in front of more than 100 of their closest friends and family, according to several sources close to the couple. ''''It was very last minute,'''' one guest told Us. Kutcher''s publicist declined to confirm the nuptials, and when asked to confirm the wedding, Moore''s publicist Stephen Huvane simply declined comment to Us. This is probably mean to say...but I wonder if she''s pregnant? I had read that the two of them weren''t really "into marriage" and liked their relationship just the way it was, so this is kind of suprising.
 
They''ve both said on record that they want to have kids together, and have been trying...plus a couple of months ago they were photographed at a public baby shopping event (some kind of tented celebrity thing where they give celebrities very upscale baby merchandise, maybe a charity thing), so I wouldn''t be surprised at all if she''s pregnant! I think they were probably just waiting for that reason to get married, but if she''s pregnant, it certainly was no accident.
 
Of course..my US magazine didn''t show up on Friday so I missed this! It''s been showing up on Mon or Tues lately and I know all the good stuff by then!

I read somewhere that their relationship shows that a 40+ woman can get a 25 year-old guy! Only catch is you have to have enough money to look like a 25 year-old woman!!
 
pretty sexist statement for a 21st century tabloid, tawn. sounds like something from the 1950''s. there are many of us married to MUCH younger men and we''re not all wealthy and/or look 25.

again, i don''t envy them their fish bowl life.......

I think it was the same article that was "speculating" about how much money she had spent on cosmetic surgery a few years back before she came back to Hollywood. Whatever it is...she looks fantastic! Maybe it''s all that Redbull she drinks?
 
It might be a sexist comment, but there is truth in it. While I''m sure there are *some* marriages with an older woman and MUCH younger man (we''re not talking 5 or 6 years difference here), I doubt there are many where a man in his 20s is with a woman in her 40s.

I just think the whole thing is weird. The whole situation is just odd...the way he has been playing Dad to the daughters when they are closer to his age than he is to Demi''s. I''m happy for them though if they make each other happy.

I don''t think Tawn meant to be heartless. I agree with her completely! I am very happy for them...honestly! Come on though....she does have a 25 year old ass!! That kind of $$ spent on plastic surgery would do that. That''s the discouraging part. If she looked like a 40 year old woman I would find her MORE attractive. I am only 33 but I am proud of my sagging ass and breasts. No amount of surgery in the world will change my attitude. I have more respect for Martha Stewart. She did a bad thing, paid her dues and that girl has got it going on STILL!! Good for her:)
 
The best part is that maybe they really are in love??? Then they deserve happiness, right? Don''t we all.....

I agree w/ Dazedland. I just think it''s really bizarre. Anyone see him on Oprah that time (they ran it over the summer) where he was getting so soft/enamoured talking about her where he teared up? It was sweet but still strange. I just see him as so young, personality-wise. With That 70''s Show and then Punk''d... I honestly don''t know what Demi would see in him, she seems like a pretty smart lady. But I don''t really know them, of course. They seem to be happy - that''s all that matters.

I''m 36, and I try to take decent care of myself, but I do meet other women who are around the same age...and sometimes we''re both shocked to find out that we''re the same age! My husband and I always laugh and make jokes about how our immaturity keeps us younger than we really are!!

If it''s true love...age won''t matter! Unless one is still jail bait, then it''s wrong!

It''s all about the attitude!! I don''t find either of those two really attractive, but all I can say is that if a 27 yr old guy wanted me when I turn 41.....GOOD ON YA!!! Maybe she is attracted to his "spunk". I mean...them young ones are eager to please. Some of the nicest guys I dated were 10ish years younger than I!
 
Demi was pregnant a few months ago, but then had a miscarriage when she was 5 months pregnant (I think happened in June). At least that's what my STAR magazine says.

I still haven't received my STAR yet, usually it comes on Sat, but lately it's been coming on Mon, and Tues too.

I also find their relationship weird. Ashton does seem very young and immature still and Demi seems to be the opposite of him. But I am very happy for the two of them. They seem to be very much in love. Love is weird, it does strange things to people.

Congrats to them tho!!!

I think Ashton is a doll, and while Demi is hot hot hot.....I still think he should''ve married someone starting off for the first time like him.

its like he is forming into someone he is not.. but i am on the outside, and it''s just my opinion.
i think they''ve gone through a lot, and proven a lot to the media by standing strong with each other.

I''m 42 (but I don''t have Demi''s looks, money, or fame). Even so, I can''t see myself seriously attracted to ANY guy in his 20''s! I mean, I think Ashton''s a cutie and all that (in a sort of "aww, isn''t he a cute boy" type of way), but attracted enough to want to marry him and make him my life partner? Nope. Not him or anyone else.

I''m not knocking older woman/younger man relationships. Before I was married, I dated a few guys younger than I was. But even when I was in my twenties, a guy only three or four years younger than me seemed way to immature. I can''t even IMAGINE being involved with a man more than 15 years my junior! I would feel more like his mother than his lover...lol.

For some reason, the older I get, the men I find myself attracted to are also older. Not way old men, but most of the men I find attractive (both in real life and celebrities) are usually not younger than mid to late 30''s and not older than mid to late 50''s. Sean Connery is the exception

Ha! I just read on Yahoo entertainment news that their wedding may or may not have been one of Ashton''s punk''d scams...lol. I guess we''ll have to wait and see.
