Asscher bezel reset!

I picked my ring up from the jeweler's today! If you haven't read my thread in RT, I changed the setting of my asscher from prong set to bezel set with milgrain. I it! I took some pics with my iPhone. Not the best, but you get the idea! I think the bezel makes the stone look larger and it sparkles like mad now!!!

Your jeweler nailed it, definitely looks more octagonal than the prongs. Love how the milgrain on your ER matches the milgrain on your pretty band. Very pretty!

I'm usually not drawn to bezels but I like that an awful lot. I think it definitely helps to make the stone look bigger and the milgrain gives it that extra oomph! It's like a frame around an already pretty picture. I think you did a great job. Your stone really stands out now.

Wow! I can totally see why you are in love!! I love the subtle bling/shine/visual interest the inside milgrain adds, and how the bezel accentuates the shape. Most people think mine three stone is a princess until they see it up close.

It looks simply awesome in a bezel. I have a three stone asscher and your design has me pondering what bezels could do for mine....
